As a Marketing Engineer/Executive, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the tendering process for our organization. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing all aspects of tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements, and maximizing our chances of winning contracts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tender Management: Oversee the entire tender process from initiation to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements. Document Preparation: Compile, review, and organize all necessary documentation, including technical and financial proposals, in accordance with tender guidelines.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing strategies, and industry trends, providing valuable insights for crafting competitive bids.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as sales, finance, legal, and technical departments, to gather essential information and expertise for tender submissions.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while preparing tender documents.
  5. Review and Edit: Review and edit the content of proposals to maintain consistency, clarity, and accuracy, showcasing our organization’s strengths effectively.
  6. Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with the finance team to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with the tender’s specifications and our business objectives.
  7. Communication: Act as the point of contact for all tender-related communication with clients and relevant stakeholders, providing prompt responses to queries and clarifications.
  8. Tender Tracking: Monitor and track tender opportunities, ensuring no potential bid opportunities are missed.
  9. Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of tender activities, including success rates, bid feedback, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  2. Experience: Proven experience in handling tender processes.
