Job Responsibilities

• Inspection of Valves, Pumps, Fabricated items, Castings, forgings and machined components
• Inspection of plate, flanges, pipe & pipe fittings
• Witnessing of Pressure testing activities of Valves, Pumps, vessels (Hydro/Pneumatic)
• Inspection of Raw materials – Review of test certificates with respect to standards & P.O.
• Witnessing mechanical tests in laboratories Tensile, Impact, Hardness, Bend test etc.
• Fit up inspection, welding visual inspection, welding parameter monitoring.
• NDT inspection (LPT, MPT, UT & RT) 
• Review of inspection test procedures for smooth execution of inspection activity
• Vendor assessment, expediting & pre-dispatch inspection
• Inspection of machined & bought out components
• Inspection of skid mounted assembled components
